Organic visibility on Google, built to last.

We work so that your pages get found, understood and chosen by Google for the searches that bring in customers. Technical foundations, content and authority, prepared for the way AI systems read a site too.

01

Why work on the organic channel

Organic traffic is the only kind you don’t pay for one visit at a time. It costs time and work at the start, but once it is built it keeps delivering even in the months when you are not spending on advertising.

It is not a channel you fix once and then leave to run on its own, though. Without solid technical foundations and without pages that genuinely answer the right questions, even projects with sizeable budgets stay stuck, because the problem is not how much you spend but what Google manages to read and decides to choose.

02

How we work on your ranking

Six fronts that move together, because none of the six produces results on its own.

The technical basics

Crawling, indexing, architecture, performance. We check that Google can reach your pages, understand how they are organized and keep them in the index. This alone does not put you first, but if this base is missing, everything else collapses.

We answer three questions, and they have to be solved in that order.

  • Can Google reach your pages, or does it get lost among parameters, redirects and sections that soak up crawl budget without giving anything back?
  • Once it has arrived, does it keep them in the index, or discard them because it treats them as duplicates or as pages of little informational value?
  • And when a user actually lands there, does the page open quickly, or does the user leave before seeing it?

The pages that have to rank

We identify the pages that have commercial value and we work on those, starting from one basic check: which question does this page answer, and does it answer it better than whoever is ahead of you today?

Every choice follows from there.

  • Which question each page has to own, so that two of your own pages do not end up competing for the same one.
  • What the person asking it expects to find, because the same question can come from someone who is still gathering information or from someone who already has their credit card in hand, and those two cases are handled differently.
  • Which questions come straight afterwards, the ones the reader will ask as soon as they have finished reading, and which are better anticipated than left for them to look up elsewhere.
  • Then comes the writing: heading structure, order of the content, answers that stand up on their own without forcing anyone to read the whole page, and targeted copywriting.

Internal architecture

A page also ranks thanks to what sits around it. On its own, a page can only say so much; with the site around it, it proves that the expertise is yours.

It serves two different purposes. The first is telling Google what you are an authority on: when several pages cover different aspects of the same topic and are linked to each other, the whole is worth more than the sum. The second is signalling which page is the right answer to each question, because if two of your pages compete for the same one, the result is that both lose.

In practice we work on hierarchies, on which pages link to which, and on the topic clusters that hold together the content in the same area. These are barely visible changes, and they often tip the scales more than producing new content does.

Authority

Google also decides how far to trust a site on the basis of the sites that send valuable backlinks to it. We work through link building so that those signals exist and land on the pages that have to grow.

The criterion is relevance, not volume. One link from a site that genuinely covers your sector is worth more than ten mentions picked up at random, and on a commercial page the difference shows. That is why we first choose which pages need to grow, and only then where it makes sense to look for the signals that will support them.

Foundations shared with GEO

Structured data, clarity of entities, formatting that makes content extractable. This is work that serves ranking and at the same time makes the site readable by generative systems.

The specific work on how you are retrieved and cited in AI answers is a different matter, and you will find it in Generative Engine Optimization.

Measurement

Positions, clicks, technical status, progress against the objectives. Every month, on the same indicators, so that the comparison means something.

A report is useful if it says two things: where we are compared with where we planned to be, and what gets done in the months that follow.

03

What the result depends on

No consultant can guarantee you a position on a precise day at a precise hour. Anyone who does is selling something else. What can be done is an estimate built on data, and on these four factors:

  1. How difficult the SERPs are for the terms you care about.
  2. How many ads occupy those searches, because they push everything else down.
  3. The state of the site you are starting from.
  4. How much of what needs doing you can actually put into practice.

The last one weighs more than the other three put together. A perfect plan that cannot be executed with the resources you really have is worth nothing.

Why work with us

More than fifteen years of experience on this channel

Organic ranking has been our core business since before it was called that.

When you watch a market change several times over, you learn to tell the developments that matter from the ones that pass. It is the reason we started working on answer engines when almost nobody was dealing with them, and the reason we did not throw SEO away the moment it became fashionable to say it was finished.

A method that starts from data, not from habit

Every project starts with a piece of research that measures the market before any activity is proposed. If the numbers do not add up, we say so beforehand.

It also means we do not offer the same package to everyone. What your project needs depends on how contested your niche is, on the state of your site and on what your competitors are already doing: these are things you look at one by one, not things you assume.

We study the sector and we report on it

The GEO·AI Observatory, SEO Confidential, Digital Talks and our editorial work are not marketing: they are how we stay up to date on a market that changes every few months.

We talk to the people facing the same problems in other countries, we put what we find to the test and we report it in full, method included. What we learn there ends up in our clients’ projects and on our own site.

Want to know whether your project stands up?

Write us a couple of lines about your objective. We will tell you whether we can be useful, and how.

The answers to your questions

What is organic ranking on Google?

It is the visibility a site gains in the unpaid results, based on how well its pages answer a user question compared with the others. It is built on three levels that move together: the technical foundations that let Google reach and understand the pages, the content that answers the right questions, and the authority recognized by other sites. It is a channel that keeps bringing in inquiries even when you are not spending on advertising.

What does your ranking service include?

It includes fixing the technical basics of the site, optimization of the pages that have commercial value, the internal linking architecture that tells Google what you are competent in, the building of authority through external signals and monthly measurement against the objectives stated at the start. These activities run in parallel, because none of them produces results on its own.

How long does it take to see the results of a ranking project?

It depends on how difficult the searches are and on the starting state of the site. The first technical movements show within a few weeks, results on traffic take months, and a domain with no history starts further back because authority is built over time. Anyone who promises certain timings before having looked at the data is improvising.

Can first position on Google be guaranteed?

No, and it is worth being wary of anyone who says otherwise: nobody controls Google’s algorithm and nobody can set a date. What can be guaranteed is a method, numerical objectives stated before starting and a monthly check that says whether we are getting closer or further away. Promises of first page within a set number of days are a slogan, and they often hide techniques of dubious validity that end up costing a penalty.

Is ranking on Google still worth it, now that we have AI?

Yes, it is still worth it, for two reasons. Searches on Google are still the majority, and on many of them the click is very much still there, while on others Google answers on the page and the traffic never arrives: telling the first kind from the second is part of our work. And the foundations needed to rank, clear content, readable structure and defined entities, are largely the same ones that, in the context of Generative Engine Optimization, make a site understandable to generative systems.
